Nod Taylor
Somewhere there's a place where every answer is easy to find and what you need appears just seconds after you ask for it. We call that place the Land of Nod. No, you won't find it in a storybook. It's in our service facility.
In Muncie, "Nod" refers to Nod Taylor, our longtime parts specialist and Department Manager. Nod's team of parts specialists include Nick Parsons, Keith Winchester, Lavonne Hefley, & Jeanie Shively. Nod has a first-rate computerized inventory system at his disposal, but everyone will tell you the real marvel is the computer between his ears. Asked a question about a comparison between two parts, and he'll provide the correct answer without a moment's hesitation.
You might not think of Nod when you climb back into that just-serviced twin. But his efficiency and knowledge means that our mechanics can work more efficiently and knowledgeably, too.
